Q: What is kind of waste may use in this gear?  A: This gear to medical waste, pet animal, Municipal waste, reside waste. Prohibit any volatile and radiation substance, liquid gas and waste waste.  GB18484-2001. 

Q: Treatment capacity  A: Average Ability calculated by medical waste(lower calorific power (L. C. P): 3.0TH Kcal/Kg a hour), not mean any waste material. The animal/pet combustion speed around 2/3 of ordinary capacity. 

Clover incinerator use time daily to 24 hours. Between each feed/combustion time, there are about 0.5-1 hours cooling time plus time to get feeding waste. Actual combustion time per day is about 16 hours. The lifetime of incinerator between 5-10 year according to use. 

Generally, we proposal small lab, small clinic use capability under 20 kgs per hour. If incinerator use in hospital, then please calculate the waste output around 2kgs per people per day. If there are 200 sickbed in the hospital, then that's mean you need 1 incinerator capability around 400kgs per day, change to capacity per hour is approximately 30-40 kgs per hour. According the operation time per day, waste material, funding, growth, etc, you may use capacity from 30-50 kgs per hour incinerator.  *How to calculate Animal Cremation Burn Rate: 2/3 of the medical waste. 

Q: Meeting and Testing  A: We provide all documents and incinerators simple to installation and operation. Customer can send people visit our factory to learn operation and installation. Generally, we don’t send engineer to local website or even ask. The dispatch price is additional according to order. 

Q: Combustion Temperature  A: The very first combustion chamber: 800-1000 centi degree.  The next combustion chamber: 1000-1200 centi degree. 

Q: Incinerator Control Mode  A: Default Control mode is common control case. PLC mode according to model and order. 

Q: Operation and maintenance costs  A: Operation price according to fuel consumption rate and power/staff, etc. 

Annual approximately $500-$1000USD per year maintenance according model, use situation. 

One individual can service 02 device incinerators. The staff should have basic electrician knowledge to operate/inspect/maintaince incinerator/burner/blower according to operation user guider, animal crematorium gear, animal crematory bidding, creature incinerater, animal waste incinerators, cows incinerator, economical incinerator, china incinerator exporter, and know threat of medical waste to protect employee self with necessary security element.
