It is being lately issued an ordinance by the Ministry of Environment to construct incineration plants in the metropolitans that make more than 10.000kg of medical waste every day. And this implementation is going to begin in the start of the calendar year 2014.  Our aim is to build a Medical Waste Incineration Plant in among the metropolitan cities in Turkey. We have been preparing for the tenders which are likely to be held soon by the Metropolitan Municipality.  We’d like to collaborate with a supplier/contractor for constructing an incineration plant. Could you be able to inform if you invent incineration plants, if yes kindly counsel in which part of the planet you’d worked (constructed incineration plants). 

Could you please inform us regarding these issues:  – Is it feasible to achieve an incineration temperature of 1.100° C inside the systems which you’ve been inventing? (This is one of the standards for the incineration plants in line with the regulations in Turkey).  – Is it feasible to create electricity and how?  – If it is likely to create electricity inside the machine, what would be the kwh quantity of electricity per ton of waste incinerated?  – What is the period for constructing the plant? How long would it mobile medical incinerators, mobile pet cremation, mobile garbage incinerator, posco krakow incineration plant, post-animal incinerator fuel, take for constructing a plant and would it depend on the plant capability as for 1.000kg/hr or 2.000kg/hr?  – What is the water consumption each incinerated ton? And when there is electricity generation inside the machine, what would be the quantity of water consumption per ton for generating 1 kwh of electricity?  – Do the crops which you invent have gas cleaning and filtering systems? If already included or could be added, would you be able to advise your prices involving the gas cleaning and filtering systems?  – Would there be a change in the prices if electricity production could be added to the machine?
