1.     General Description

Supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of a medical waste incinerator suitable for disposal of Medical, General and Pathological waste in a safe and clean environment. The unit shall consist of two chambers and operate on the principal of controlled air and temperature. The unit shall consist a particulate remover (scrubbers) as stipulated in waste management regulations, 2006 (Legal notice NO. 121 of 29th September, 2006). The Unit shall be fully automatic and controlled by an automatic electronic controlled system except loading system which shall be manual.   The unit shall be capable of incinerating between 50 to 60 kg of solid medical waste per hour. It shall be constructed from mild or aluminized steel lined with refractory material.

Made-in-Vietnam waste incinerator shows its power


He started working on this kind of incinerator some years ago, supported by the notion that his incinerator may help decrease the negative impact caused by countless tons of medical waste.

In 2009, after successfully producing an incinerator, he filed a patent registration because of his’hazardous waste incinerator’ into the Ministry of Science and Technology and obtained the patent in 2012.

Nang’s incinerator is a method that comprises a comprehensive combustion chamber which could burn off waste in an uninterrupted process. The incinerator utilizes nano technologies that disintegrates hazardous smoke, dust and frog.

The product is thought to have outstanding features which let it operate more efficiently than products of the exact same kind.

Nang said that his waste incineration process is movable. The machine may work nicely if users have a small water tank and may treat the water.

He also said that all the incinerators available in Vietnam don’t have the pressure equilibrium like his. The incinerator can burn waste, eject fire rather than oil into burning substances. At the center of the combustion chamber, the temperature may reach 1,800oC.

With Nang’s incinerator, it does not take much time to burn waste. The oil is lasting, and there is not any technical problem with oil tubes.

When the incinerator runs with gas, then it is going to need VND5,000 only to burn 1 kilo or waste. Meanwhile, the incinerators out of US, Japan and UK would have VND70,000-80,000 worth of gasoline to burn a kilo of waste.

The outstanding characteristic of the made-in-Vietnam incinerator is that it may treat many types of waste, including national garbage and medical waste.
